Events and Entertainment Take Place Throughout the
Year...
Each year Baltimore hosts the Antique & Classic
Boat Festival. With over 100 antique and classic
boats, and maritime craft vendors, the festival is
a sure find for fun! Featuring parades, music and
great food, the boat festival.
Be prepared for a grand opening ceremony, the
Olympic rings, the honor, the excitement, for you
will find it all at the Olympic Memorabilia Show.
Historic Savage Mill features Olympic memorabilia
from the first games in 1896 to the 2002 games in
Salt Lake City. The show aims to present the glory
and excitement of the Olympic games.
The music, the atmosphere, it's all here - it's all
part of the Baltimore's Blues festival. Music
lovers should visit Baltimore during the summer
months in order to jam for three days of
entertainment. In the heart of the Baltimore Yacht
Basin Marina, national and regional bands gather to
fill the marina with rich music. The festival
offers plenty of food, crafts, books, CDs and so
much more.
Throw on your sandals and help build sand
sculptures in the sand. Many of us can remember
building grand sandcastles or maybe sand mounds!
Well the Baltimore Architecture Foundation will be
working with you and your children to build sand
sculptures.
